Education, Certifications, and Licensure:

Dr. Frank, graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in chemistry and his MD degree. He completed two residencies, one in family practice and one in psychiatry. He has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Yale, where he studied infectious diseases, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

He is board certified in psychiatry, and is licensed to practice medicine in New York and Pennsylvania.

He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Buffalo, NY,

Books and Articles:

He is the author of numerous scientific articles. His latest articles are Psychotropic Medications and Informed Consent: A Review, in Annals of Clinical Psychiatry (In Press), and A Review of Antioxidants and Alzheimer's Disease, published in the October-December 2005 issue of Annals of Clinical Psychiatry.

He is the author of numerous books, including: Rising Star: How You Can Become An Extremely Successful Person; Terror Unleashed: The Coming Bird Flu, Oil, Terrorist, and Financial Crises; and Bird Flu: Expert Advice to Help You and Your Family Stay Safe.

He latest book is, Mega Options For Physicians: How Doctors Can Achieve Their Dreams By Moving Into Non-Clinical Careers Or Becoming Entrepreneurs (2008).

Dr. Frank has been interested in business since he was a boy, when he started a local lawn-mowing service. He has started numerous companies, and successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts. He has expertise in many areas of business. His primary interest is helping physicians discover hidden talents, develop entrepreneurial and business skills, and expand their horizons.
