Dr. Frank, graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in chemistry and his MD degree. He completed two residencies, one in family practice and one in psychiatry. He has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Yale, where he studied infectious diseases, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. He is board certified in psychiatry, and is licensed to practice medicine in New York and Pennsylvania. Dr. Frank has been interested in business since he was a boy, when he started a local lawn-mowing service. He has started numerous companies, and successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts. He has expertise in many areas of business.
